“Barre” has shown to not only give participants a great full-body workout, but it also develops overall strength, improved balance, increased flexibility, and core strength. Throughout each class, you will utilize small and larger movements with light-weight equipment such as a chair, light weights, a bender/small Pilate’s ball, and yoga mat. Each class will be broken down into 4 sections and will vary between slower and quicker movements, ensuring you a well-rounded workout.
